It was important that we considered the risks and dangets that could occur whilst filming. So we created a table with all of the risks and dangers we may face and then decided on how to deal with them sensibly, or how to get out of a certain situation without getting hurt.
You have made a start in describing what a risk assessment is, but the points that you have included needs to be explained in further detail.
